Fast charge test operation method:
 
1>> Input port: USB male, connect charger or mobile power output port, MICRO can also be used as input port (when connecting data cable, you must use fast charge data line).
 
2>> Output port, orange large USB socket, load can be connected with high power resistor (100W/5 ohm--100W--50 ohm), can also be connected to the load meter to adjust the load size, the output current is determined by the load size The JL-001 test board supports 5A current test, please feel free to use it.
 
3>> JL-001 supports five fast charging protocols: 001=QC2.0, 010=QC3.0, 011=MTK, 100=IWATT, 101=FCP. First, according to the fast charging protocol of your own products, through the different settings of the white dial switch, it is guaranteed to be consistent with the fast charging protocol of its own products.
 
4>> When the fast charge protocol of the white dial switch is set to match the product agreement, the test can be started. The USB male plug is inserted into the output of the product, the black film is lit, and the JL-001 black switch is adjusted. ). The display voltage changes, indicating that the protocol handshake is successful, and the display current is determined by the load adjustment size.
 
5>> QC3.0 test: white dial switch setting 010=QC3.0, USB male plug in QC3.0 charger screen lights up 5.2V, after 2 seconds, the voltage starts to rise automatically to 12, automatically drops to 3.6V, when pressing the UP or DP button, the voltage will be fixed at the current voltage value, no longer jump, and then press the button, the voltage will jump according to the change of 0.2V, then the QC3.0 test is completed.
 
6>> Note that when testing three fast charging protocols, QC3.0, MTK, and IWATT, the load must have a current of 500MA, otherwise the test will be interrupted.

How to use the DIP switch:
 
1. The DIP switch needs to be switched to the correct mode to work normally. All of them can be dialed 0000 to enter the monitor mode. In the monitor mode, the SWITCH button can be used to switch the fast charge protocol. Except for the typec PD protocol, the SWITCH button can be used. Switch
 
2. To test the PD protocol, you must dial the DIP switch to 0110, and then you must insert the C in typec port to test the PD protocol. After entering the PD test mode, the controller can read the PDO information of the source broadcast. And scrolling on the first line of the display;
 
3. Only after entering the corresponding fast charge protocol test mode, the “+” and “-” buttons can raise or lower the voltage;
 
4. Please note, in the fast charge test mode, the output terminal will have a voltage greater than 5V. Please ensure that the devices connected later can support voltages higher than 5V.
 
5. You can use the DIP switch to switch functions, or you can use the button to switch functions.
