Q:Why is the charging speed slow?
A:The ambient temperature dramatically influences the charging speed. The colder your device, the faster it charges. The charging speed of iPhone 8 is obviously slow at 29℃ above. Samsung devices will enter protection mode at 40℃~45℃. We do not recommend using this charger at high temperatures.
Q: Why does my cellphone case become so hot?
A: Because wireless charging generates some heat that is transferred to your case during operation.
