1.What is the video spec?
DDPAI smart dash cam supports recording videos of 1600p or 1440p you can adjust it by DDPAI APP.
2.What memory card does DDPAI support?
The DDPAI mini 3 with 32g eMMC storage, no support to extend TF card.
3.Do I need manually turn on and off the dash cam?
You don't need to manually turn on or turn off it, the camera will start recording when car start. and turn off when car stop.
4.How to know the running status of the dash cam?
Check the status indicator on the side of the dash cam. If the indicator is red flashing light, the dash cam is recording normally; if the indicator turns to blue light, it means that the camera enter parking monitoring.
5.What is emergency video?
When the G-sensor is turned on and a motion or impact is detected, the dash cam will lock this related video. These recordings (maximal 5 clip) will not be replaced by the newest loop recording.
6.What is Parking Mode?
When the Dash Cam goes into standby for longer than 15 minutes, the DDPAI Dash Cam will go into Parking Mode, in this mode, you can select normal recording (30 frames per second) or time-lapse recording (1 frame per second).
7.Does DDPAI Dashcam uses battery?
No, this Dash Cam comes with a capacitor.
8.Does DDPAI support firmware update?
Yes you can update the firmware of your DDPAI smart dash cam. Download the update package by the DDPAI App, and push it to the dash cam by Wi-Fi connecting. Next time when the dash cam boots up, it start to update automatically.
9. Why does it show that cannot connect to the Internet even if I use the DDPAI WIFI?
The DDPAI Camera free Wi-Fi can only be used for DDPAI APP and you can not use the Wi-Fi for other APPs.
