1.This camera only supports 2.4GHz network.It doesn’t support 5GHz network.

4.Camera can't save videos without a TF
carrd, but even without a carrd, the camera can still work and recorrd.
It won’t affect other functions.The only difference is that the TF carrd
can save the recorrdings.
5.When you turn on the camera,it would take 1-2 minutes to wait for it to start up with wifi signal.
6.The camera is default to WIFI code.Even without WIFI or any network,the camera can still work.With network,you can see live videos.With TF carrd in,the camera can save the recorrdings so that you can playbacck and never miss any seconds.
7.If the camera is suddenly not working,the wifi signal is missing or anything else wrong with it,you can turn on the camera,press the Reset button for over 6 seconds to reboot to factory settings.
8.The camera will get hot when you have used it for a while.This is normal phenomenon but do not use camera under high temperature circumstance.
9.When you can't hear the voice,please check whether the voice in APP Sancam is enabled or not,if not,please click the voice button to turn it on.
